two answers :-)

1) I belive this only works with 8.5.2<, then u can drag & drop Mails into a folder and as Samrat said it creates you a .eml File.


2) in your Mailbox Preferences or as Policy u can Set after how many hours the Trash is automaticly deleted. i belive the default setting is 72 or 90 hours As Samrat said there's no shift+delete.
